Monthly or Quarterly Management Accounts

We are able to provide monthly and quarterly management and Board reports to meet your business needs. These reports enable managers make better informed decisions for the business.

Our experience has shown that a lot of small and medium sized companies rely on their year-end accounts to tell them what their financial position is. This should not be the case as an effective manager ought to have access to information at his finger tips to be able to service both his customers and his suppliers. That is the only way to be up to speed with what is happening in your business.

Information that is usually included in a set of management accounts are listed below:

  • Profit and Loss Accounts
  • Balance Sheets
  • Cash Flow Forecasts
  • Aged Debtor Reports
  • Aged Creditors Reports
  • Other ad-hoc reports as required

We are able to provide more detailed analysis of any business area to be included in this report, like we said it is tailor made just for you and it is aimed at adding value to your business.

Payroll

Our Payroll accountants will administer your company payroll. This will include all PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay(SMP), Paternity leave payments etc.

Our process is simple, you choose how you want it to work. We can provide you with payslips for your staff and let you know how much to pay them at the end of each month.

All we need from you are the following:

  • Full details of your company
  • Company PAYE Reference and Tax office
  • Full name of employees, address, date of birth, start date and salary
  • Payment cycle for employees ( monthly or weekly) and relevant department
  • NI Number and completed P46 or P45. Please ensure that Employers name box is completed on page 2 of P46
  • Any other deductions or additions to each employee's pay

Credit Management

In order to have a viable business you have to have enough money in the bank to keep going - hence the term going concern. Most managers believe that once a sale has been made, that automatically means the business is profitable, but this is only the first step, you have to ensure that your customers will actually honour that sale by making payment into your bank account.

We ensure that we are up to date with your credit management and we chase up all outstanding debt for you and provide you with an aged debtors report that shows you who the worst payers are and perhaps you might want to re-negotiate your credit terms with them. This way your business continues to grow and also you are able to have a better relationship with your customers as you will be in a position to review your terms of business on a regular basis.
